ARIA

In celebration of the Spring Racing Carnival and all things elegant, the chic ARIA Bar & Lounge will host ‘Hats and High Tea’ each weekday from October 1st – November 9th. Guests are invited to don their favourite hat or headpiece and admire Langham’s stunning display of colourful headwear.

Amongst the abundant spring arrangements and trimmings, guests are invited to indulge in Aria’s deliciously decadent Tiffin delights. Hot fluffy scones with fresh jam and cream, delicate sweets and classic stands of savouries such as smoked salmon and cucumber finger sandwiches and open-faced sandwiches topped with King Island brie and ham.

Spring Hats & High Tea includes tea, coffee, hot chocolate, elegant Tiffin afternoon tea and an exhibition of Spring Racing hats.

All guests who wear a hat or headpiece to The Langham’s signature Tiffin afternoon tea will also receive a complimentary glass of Domain Chandon.

Executive Chef, Anthony Ross is sharing his culinary skills in a series of intimate and exclusive cooking classes.

The last avaiable class for 2009 is on Tuesday 13th October, perfect timing for the festive season as partipants will prepare Christmas puddings and gingerbread treats.
